Sales Manager Maritime Cranes & Construction Machinery

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our maritime cranes and construction machinery across Africa and Europe. You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, driving growth and ensuring the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and develop strategic business opportunities for maritime and construction equipment.
• Prepare and coordinate offers in close collaboration with headquarters.
• Conduct contract negotiations and assist in drafting agreements.
• Identify growth and partnership potentials through market research and analysis.
• Collaborate with head offices on sales, marketing, product management and technical support.

Required profile

• Completed technical or economic education with additional business-related studies.
• Several years of experience in a comparable sales role within an industrial environment.
• Experience in the maritime sector is an advantage.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Africa and Europe and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Fluency in English, French and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
