Sales Manager – Morocco & Francophone Africa

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Morocco and French‑speaking African markets. The role combines new‑business development with managing and expanding existing customer relationships in sectors such as banking, fintech, government and telecom.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Morocco and Francophone Africa.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across banking, financial services, fintech, government, telecom and enterprise sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and order closure.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and commercial offers for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customer solutions and respond to requirements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide forecasts and achieve agreed revenue targets.
• Represent TOPPAN Security at customer meetings, industry events and conferences, travelling as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business‑development experience in the payments, banking, fintech or cybersecurity sectors.
• Proven track record in both new‑business development and account management.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
