About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Associate who will support the sales team in a fast‑moving IT environment. The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to keep sales data accurate and up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, organize and maintain customer, lead and sales activity data in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and reporting.
- Handle vendor requests and resolve issues related to orders.
Required profile
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
