About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Sales Operations Associate who will support the sales team in Casablanca. The role focuses on maintaining accurate sales data, providing administrative assistance, and handling vendor inquiries, all in an English‑speaking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, organize, and maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
- Process vendor requests and resolve order‑related issues.
Required profile
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
