SAP Key User – Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

The SAP Key User will support the Procurement, Planning & Logistics (PC&L) department by implementing and maintaining SAP solutions that align with corporate standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for SAP users, ensuring smooth operation of all related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new SAP projects and integrate new workflow streams into the system.
• Supervise daily SAP usage within the PC&L department.
• Organise optimal information flow between warehouses, procurement, planning and shipping.
• Ensure correct and efficient use of the SAP system and provide user support.
• Coordinate physical inventories at the system level.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in a technical field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in the PC&L area at Aptiv or a similar environment.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Strong creativity, initiative and independent judgement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP usage.
