About the role
Otis is seeking a Senior Associate for Field Service in Casablanca. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction by reducing contract cancellations, mastering maintenance execution, and lowering equipment downtime across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Reduce churn by increasing client satisfaction with on‑site service quality.
- Master the execution of maintenance activities and minimise non‑productive time.
- Ensure all contracted equipment is covered according to the periodic maintenance schedule.
- Proactively intervene during maintenance visits to lower failure rates and critical device incidents.
- Increase equipment availability by minimising downtime per fault and optimising order execution for S and T parts.
