Senior Bilingual Client Advisor – Sales & Retention (Fez)

About the role

We are expanding our commercial team in Fez and are looking for a senior bilingual client advisor who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, retention and upselling initiatives. The role operates in a fast‑paced call‑center environment and requires fluency in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to retain existing customers and resolve issues.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Negotiate with customers using proven persuasion techniques to achieve retention goals.
• Manage objections and complex situations while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of successful experience in a call‑center environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer retention and sales (upselling/cross‑selling).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet performance targets and maintain professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with contact‑center applications and general computer literacy.
