Senior Delivery Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Delivery Consultant you will drive the implementation of large‑scale transformation programmes for leading clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to turn strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable, sustainable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams within complex transformation projects, combining structured problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement and hands‑on implementation.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical roadmaps, operational initiatives and detailed implementation plans.
• Monitor transformation progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Gather, interpret and analyse data, prepare insights and present findings to client and internal teams.
• Develop practical recommendations, anticipate implementation challenges and propose solutions.
• Report project status regularly, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an excellent academic record.
• 3+ years of consulting or business experience with a proven record of achievement; international exposure is a plus.
• Experience in the Global Energy & Materials (GEM) sector or a comparable industry is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving, relationship‑building and client‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage and deliver small‑ to medium‑size projects independently.
