Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a senior professional to shape its market strategy and build high‑impact partnerships across Morocco and internationally. You will work in a fast‑paced start‑up environment, driving growth for the world’s leading tech platform for live entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with top producers, creators, venues and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations with large partners to ensure sustainable economics and long‑term value.
• Balance and grow a large client base using strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver partner growth across markets.
• Stay informed on emerging entertainment trends and act as the internal expert on new experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of top‑tier consulting experience plus 5+ years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, sport, music or arts.
• Strong desire to acquire new business and expand an existing portfolio.
• Self‑starter able to thrive in a demanding, dynamic start‑up environment.
• Data‑driven approach to prioritizing tasks and business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and a sales CRM (Sugar CRM preferred).
• Knowledge of Morocco’s entertainment, events and lifestyle trends.
• Media or ad‑sales experience and Arabic fluency are a plus.
