Senior Specialist – Modern Channel Sales

About the role

Beko is looking for a passionate Senior Specialist to lead modern channel sales in Casablanca. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring product visibility in retail stores, and contributing to the development of channel strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet revenue, volume, distribution and profitability targets.
• Monitor customer performance, market trends, competitor activities and pricing developments.
• Ensure strong product visibility, availability and execution across retail stores and customer networks.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports and action plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Follow up on forecasts, stock levels, sell‑in, sell‑out and promotional performance.
• Monitor customer receivables and ensure compliance with commercial and financial terms.
• Conduct regular customer visits and market assessments.
• Contribute to channel strategy development and provide market insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer and market visits.
• Proven experience managing major retail chains in the Moroccan modern trade environment.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
