Service Desk Agent (French & Italian Speaking)

About the role

HCL Technologies is seeking a multilingual Service Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for customer support inquiries related to supply and demand. The role requires strong communication skills in French, English, and Italian, and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with empathy, prioritize needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with various Helpdesks, product partners, and Quality Engineering teams to ensure a seamless stakeholder experience.
• Organise regular client calls for product accessory refills and upgrades.
• Process client‑generated and internal service request tickets within defined delivery timelines.
• Provide administrative support by verifying client details and correcting information in the stakeholder database.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a customer support or client‑facing role, preferably within a multinational setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent secondary education.
• Strong familiarity with computers, digital network configurations, and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Language proficiency: French (C2), English (B2), Italian (C2).
