Service Engineer – Maintenance for Construction Machinery

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to provide on‑site equipment service, technical guidance and support for construction machinery across overseas regions. The role combines hands‑on maintenance, customer training and spare‑parts coordination to ensure reliable operation of our products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver equipment service, technical guidance and support for products in assigned overseas regions.
• Conduct customer service training and follow internal company processes.
• Manage spare‑parts tasks, including providing quotations and support.
• Suggest product improvements and drive sustainable enhancements.
• Assist the regional manager with daily business activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy‑machinery maintenance (cranes/hoists preferred).
• Proficiency in English and French; local language may also be used.
• Adaptable, proactive and passionate about hands‑on technical work.
