Service to Cash Junior Analyst

About the role

Swissport is looking for a Service to Cash Junior Analyst to join its Business Services organisation. The analyst will ensure timely and accurate airline billing and e‑billing, supporting the company’s global aviation services to millions of passengers each year.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Service to Cash procedures using Flight Service Capture (FSC) and FiNDnet Billing (FnB) applications.
• Set up new airports, stations, aircraft types, registrations and customer contracts for billing.
• Modify existing contracts, configure billing rules and apply pricing adjustments.
• Configure e‑billing for selected customers and validate changes through parallel runs and audit documentation.
• Use the service request/help‑desk tool to create, process and close requests, escalating issues when needed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain positive relationships with Business Services team members, internal customers and country‑level stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; university degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or related field is desirable.
• 0‑4+ years of experience in a similar billing or shared‑services role.
• Experience in BPO/shared services environments is a plus.
• Good understanding of billing processes and strong analytical skills.
