Shift Leader

About the role

The Shift Leader will oversee the daily operations of an automotive production line, ensuring that output targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position requires quick decision‑making, strong planning abilities, and bilingual communication in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate all operator activities during the shift.
• Maintain order, discipline, and safety within the production area.
• Drive continuous improvement of the 5S system and ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor and manage performance indicators (KPIs) to meet production goals.
• Resolve production issues or delays promptly.

Required profile

• Bac + Technical diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong planning and communication skills.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Required skills

• 5S system implementation and maintenance.
• KPI management and analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and quality documentation.
