Social Media Coordinator – Rabat Marriott Hotel

About the role

The Social Media Coordinator will lead the online presence of the Rabat Marriott Hotel, creating engaging content and fostering active communities across the hotel’s social platforms. This role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution to enhance brand visibility and support marketing and e‑commerce goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community interaction.
• Develop and maintain long‑lead editorial calendars aligned with property‑specific and brand messaging.
• Monitor online conversations, participate where appropriate, and respond to guest inquiries to boost satisfaction.
• Measure and report the impact of social media efforts on the hotel’s overall business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media coordination or similar roles.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 lb and standing for extended periods.
