Specialist Maintenance System Administrator – Production Facility

About the role

The Specialist Maintenance System Administrator supports the production facility by acting as the primary user of the maintenance system (API PRO/SAP). You will ensure the system is used consistently, data remains accurate, and that plant maintenance processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the key user of the API PRO/SAP maintenance system and provide first‑line support.
• Standardise and implement maintenance processes across the plant.
• Validate system data and enforce local work instructions and IMS releases.
• Generate regular maintenance reports and maintain equipment lists and service plans.
• Collect, input, and archive maintenance reports from technicians.
• Configure new user accounts and handle help‑desk tickets.
• Perform period close‑down activities in the system.

Required profile

• Technical background with a Bac+2 (2‑year post‑secondary) degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance system role.
• Fluent spoken and written French.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP maintenance modules.
• Experience using API PRO for maintenance management.
