About the role
This pre‑employment internship is designed for candidates who enjoy speaking on the phone and want to gain a valuable first‑hand experience in a fast‑paced call‑center environment. You will join the Flash Web team in Ait Melloul and support the sales pipeline through outbound outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephone prospecting to generate new leads.
- Qualify client needs and gather relevant information.
- Schedule commercial appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update records in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Excellent oral expression in French.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling conversations.
- Motivated, challenge‑oriented and able to work well in a team.
