Sub System Technical Leader (SSTL) – Wheels and Tires

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is seeking a Sub System Technical Leader (SSTL) specialized in wheels and tires. You will join a multidisciplinary team that supports leading automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers, driving the development of high‑performance wheel and tire subsystems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical definition and development of wheel and tire subsystems, ensuring compliance with QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across mechanics, plastics processing, and vehicle integration.
• Manage CATIA and PLM tool environments to create and maintain design data.
• Collaborate with OEM and Tier‑1 partners to align specifications and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical mentorship and drive continuous improvement within the subsystem team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑8 years of experience in automotive development, preferably in an OEM or Tier‑1 environment.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2) and ability to lead international meetings.
