Supply Planner – End-to-End Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planner to ensure product availability, optimise inventory and support a seamless end‑to‑end supply chain at Ecolab. The role involves translating demand into reliable supply plans and collaborating across functions to deliver on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a supply plan that aligns with demand, capacity and inventory targets.
• Work closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement and Quality to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor master production schedule feasibility, schedule adherence and planning KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Manage exceptions, analyse root causes and adjust plans to maintain service levels.
• Support the S&OP process by providing accurate supply inputs and scenario analysis.
• Balance supply and demand during constraints, abnormal demand or supply disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Access.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP planning systems.
