Technical Sales Consultant – Pre‑Sales (Connectivity & Cybersecurity)

About the role

As a Technical Sales Consultant (Pre‑Sales) you will partner with TELUS sales teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet the business needs of customers, primarily across Canada. You will apply deep knowledge of connectivity, unified communications, SD‑WAN and cyber‑security technologies while working onsite in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in one or more solution areas – Connectivity, Unified Communications, SD‑WAN, or Cyber‑Security – to design appropriate offerings.
• Collaborate with internal TELUS stakeholders (sales professionals, operations and delivery teams) throughout the solution development lifecycle.
• Independently manage end‑to‑end solution development and handle day‑to‑day customer requests such as Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or pre‑sales role.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong decision‑making, customer‑first mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Connectivity solutions: Business Internet, High‑Speed Internet Access, GPON.
• Unified Communications: Business Connect, Microsoft Teams, O365 bundles.
• SD‑WAN: TMNE Bundle, GoCo SD‑WAN.
• Cyber‑Security: Managed Detection Response, Pen‑Testing, Email Protection, Managed Awareness.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are a strong asset.
