Technical Sales Specialist II – Food Enzymes (Dairy)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist II to join IFF Food Biosciences in Morocco, focusing on enzymes for the dairy industry. The role combines deep technical knowledge of food and dairy enzymes with commercial acumen to drive growth across the Maghreb region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of cultures and enzymes in the dairy segment across Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations and develop price strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and coordinate lab‑scale trials at customer sites.
• Develop long‑term strategic road‑maps for key accounts and monitor sales performance and forecasting.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain, customer service and marketing to ensure seamless customer experience and represent IFF at industry events.

Required profile

• Background in dairy technology with practical experience in dairy enzymes.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in technical sales.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Fluent in English and holds a valid driving licence.
