About the role

MF Call is expanding its call centre in Casablanca and is looking for French‑speaking Teleadvisors to join a specialised team that qualifies leads and books appointments for the energy sector. The role involves interacting with prospects, delivering a professional and clear message, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualify prospect files according to precise, predefined criteria.
  • Maintain a professional, clear and customer‑focused dialogue during calls.
  • Support a dynamic, team‑oriented atmosphere within the call centre.

Required profile

  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Strong customer orientation and relational ease.
  • Developed commercial sense with the ability to persuade.
  • Motivation, seriousness and a team‑spirit attitude.

Required skills
