2PL Traffic Supervisor

About the role

The 2PL Traffic Supervisor ensures the efficient transportation of goods across Morocco, aligning operations with customer requirements, profitability targets, and regulatory compliance. The role balances operational excellence with safety, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 2PL traffic activities, ensuring adherence to internal processes.
• Oversee a portfolio of dedicated carriers and allocate them within the team.
• Verify legal and documentary compliance for all trips within Morocco.
• Coordinate the movement of trailers from arrival ports to final destinations and their return to embarkation ports within agreed deadlines.
• Check that tractors and trailers possess required documents (transport approval, registration, insurance, technical inspection).
• Communicate trip progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement the company’s safety and security policies.
• Track financial indicators, achieve budgetary objectives, and validate cost items with management.
• Lead and develop an operational team of drivers, operators, and administrative staff.
• Define roles, set departmental objectives, and monitor KPIs to drive performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Logistics or Transport Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Moroccan road transport.
• Previous management experience, preferably supervising truck drivers.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan transport regulations; European regulations are a plus.
• Customer‑oriented, results‑driven, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in French; English and/or Spanish are advantageous.
