Access Management (Clinical Data)

About the role

The Access Management Specialist will administer and support clinical systems and Oracle‑based platforms, ensuring secure user access and compliance throughout clinical trial activities. You will work closely with clinical users and technical teams to maintain validated systems and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user access and permissions across clinical applications such as EDC, eTMF, and other systems, supporting onboarding, modifications, and removals.
• Maintain the validated state of clinical systems by developing, executing, and documenting validation test scripts in line with CSV requirements.
• Provide Level 2 support to clinical users, troubleshoot issues, track tickets, and propose improvement actions.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or a related scientific field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in clinical systems administration, access management, or clinical trial support environments.

Required skills

• Experience with clinical trial system administration (eTMF, EDC).
• Knowledge of Oracle solutions.
• Understanding of Computerized System Validation (CSV) methodologies.
• Familiarity with ticketing and issue‑tracking tools.
