About the role
Plutus21 Partners is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Account Manager to grow its Partners business across an existing customer base. You will act as the primary point of contact from post‑sale handoff through renewal and expansion, helping customers meet their regulatory and compliance objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Own a book of business, understand each client’s objectives, and demonstrate how our solutions deliver measurable outcomes.
- Identify and pursue cross‑sell and expansion opportunities for product safety, stewardship, and compliance services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by mobilizing product champions and ensuring swift issue resolution.
- Forecast account health, usage growth, and pipeline accurately.
- Plan and manage renewals, price adjustments, invoicing, and timely payments.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and collaborate with regulatory experts to align proposals with industry standards.
- Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies.
Required profile
- Proven enterprise B2B experience with a strong analytical mindset.
- Enthusiastic about learning customers’ businesses and identifying market trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with senior leadership and internal teams.
