About the role
As a Sales Representative at TELUS Digital, you will deliver an excellent customer service experience while promoting and selling a range of telecommunications and technology products to Canadian customers. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing accurate product information, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service and product guidance to Canadian clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Complete a mandatory four‑week training program with 100% attendance.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with fast learning ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (70% proficiency) and French (80% proficiency).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and results‑orientation skills.
- Third‑year university level or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (desirable).
- Previous experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role (desirable).

- Excel (basic proficiency).
