Accountant – English Speaker (Finance Team)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Accountant to join the TUI Musement Finance Team. Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will support accounting operations in Agadir and Marrakech, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance while contributing to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, guaranteeing correct recording of all financial transactions.
• Monitor the cockpit tool to verify that transactions are processed and transmitted accurately.
• Collaborate with the accounting team leader and cross‑functional colleagues to maintain smooth financial processes.
• Troubleshoot issues together with IT staff and external advisors, providing practical solutions.
• Handle ad‑hoc accounting tasks and support special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting roles with a solid understanding of journal entries and transaction processing.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive attitude, strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
• Effective interpersonal skills for communication at all organisational levels.
