About the role
The company is seeking an Accountant to manage supplier accounts, ensure accurate invoicing, and support financial reporting. This role involves close collaboration with the purchasing and warehouse teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage supplier accounts according to company policies.
- Follow up on unvalidated invoices, send claims, and maintain daily tracking reports.
- Validate accounting entries, reconcile supplier accounts, and justify outstanding balances.
- Handle supplier discrepancies, resolve disputes, and prepare monthly supplier account reports.
- Update tracking reports, including foreign exchange gains/losses and MB5S analysis.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Maximum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting position.
Required skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Fluent spoken and written French.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
