Cypher seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead controllership, reporting, and team supervision in its Casablanca office. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting under IFRS, US GAAP, and other standards, enhancing processes with tools like SAP, XERO, Quickbooks, and CRM, and contributing to product development. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, possess CPA or CFA preference, and demonstrate strong Excel and Power BI skills. Fluency in English is mandatory. The position offers a hybrid working model, competitive salary between 16,000–30,000 DH, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic startup environment.
