Accounts Payable Specialist – Agadir

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Accounts Payable Specialist to join MTS Globe’s office in Agadir. The role will support the finance team by handling supplier invoicing, payment processing and related administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to supplier invoicing inquiries and verify invoices.
• Reconcile supplier accounts by reviewing monthly statements and related transactions.
• Prepare expense and cost balance reports.
• Handle complaints and resolve payment‑related issues.
• Load payments, control them and record the corresponding accounting entries.
• Provide administrative support to personnel across company departments, including back‑office and destination management.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• High‑level proficiency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Navision or SAP accounting systems.
• Good IT affinity and ability to learn new software quickly.
