Actuaire Confirmé – Assurance & Réassurance

About the role

Atlantic Re – Groupe CDG, the leading reinsurer in Morocco, is expanding its actuarial team. The senior actuary will support underwriting decisions, evaluate life and health coverages, and contribute to the profitability and risk management of both domestic and international portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Assist underwriters by providing technical assessments for new and renewal business.
• Organise, analyse and interpret statistical reinsurance data to evaluate profitability.
• Perform technical valuations of life and health coverages for the Moroccan and international markets.
• Develop and price reinsurance programmes, including treaty renewal and tariff setting.
• Conduct specific studies and projects for senior management, delivering comprehensive reporting on quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Contribute to the overall risk policy and technical balance‑sheet preparation.
• Represent Atlantic Re at industry events locally and abroad, upholding the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Master’s level (Bac+5) in Engineering with a specialization in Actuarial Science or Modelling.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar actuarial role within insurance, reinsurance or banking.
• Strong actuarial expertise and experience in risk modelling.
• Solid financial culture and excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
