About the role
FlowTrack is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to join its Casablanca office. You will play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as data entry, record‑keeping, and document organization.
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for meetings, ensuring calendars are up‑to‑date.
- Communicate with clients and team members, providing timely information and assistance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, maintain schedules, and help prioritize tasks as needed.
- Support general office procedures to ensure seamless workflow.
Required profile
- Proven administrative proficiency, including scheduling, calendar management, and record‑keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities for multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address dynamic challenges.
- Previous exposure to finance or budgeting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite or comparable office software.
