Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are a global IT product company delivering large‑scale, high‑load projects in entertainment, gaming and sports. We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to build and nurture affiliate relationships from the ground up, driving growth across our worldwide user base.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and attract new affiliate partners
• Negotiate terms and establish long‑term partnerships
• Onboard clients to the affiliate program
• Provide ongoing support to affiliates and resolve operational issues
• Maintain and update the affiliate partner database
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
• Communicate regularly with active partners and resolve potential conflicts
• Motivate and develop affiliate relationships to drive results

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience in affiliate teams of online sportsbooks, gaming or multi‑format affiliate programs
• Strong communication skills
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus
• Knowledge of the local market
• Goal‑oriented mindset, initiative and proactivity
• Problem‑solving and persistence
• Experience in cold outreach and partner acquisition in a competitive market
