Agricultural Sales Consultant – Fertilizers (Import/Export) – Freelance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Agricultural Sales Consultant to help launch and grow high‑value fertilizer products in Morocco. This freelance position blends technical field work with commercial activities, supporting both import/export logistics and direct customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support distribution, import, and export of fertilizer products within the assigned region.
• Assist with technical product demonstrations and field trials.
• Provide agronomic advice tailored to the crops cultivated locally.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors and end‑clients.
• Gather market feedback and relay insights to the Commercial and Market Development team.
• Report directly to the Commercial and Market Development Director.

Required profile

• Understanding of distribution channels, including import and export procedures.
• Agronomic knowledge, preferably related to high‑value crops.
• Ability to combine technical field work with sales activities.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English or French.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to develop a new market.
