Join Alignerr as an AI Chatbot Tester and help shape the future of conversational AI. You will engage with cutting‑edge chatbots, probe their limits, and provide feedback that makes these systems smarter, safer, and more helpful.

Key responsibilities

• Engage AI chatbots in conversations covering everyday questions, complex scenarios, and creative prompts.
• Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety, noting factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or bias.
• Design and test challenging or edge‑case prompts to explore AI limitations.
• Submit structured, detailed feedback using standardized evaluation frameworks.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Naturally curious and enjoys exploring ideas across diverse topics.
• Ability to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate reasoning clearly.
• Strong written communication skills with a good eye for language and tone.
• Comfortable navigating chat‑based tools and digital platforms.
• Detail‑oriented and consistent in following evaluation guidelines.
