AI Education & Training Lead

About the role

Plutus21 is launching an AI education and training practice for businesses and needs a visionary leader to build it from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end‑to‑end product, from curriculum design to market launch and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive AI training curriculum tailored to different business audiences.
• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, including positioning, pricing, marketing, and sales channels.
• Recruit, vet, and manage a network of qualified AI instructors, establishing quality standards and delivery playbooks.
• Set up the technology stack that powers the learning platform, delivery tools, and operational systems.
• Create the practice roadmap, monitor performance against goals, and scale the team as demand grows.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building programs, ventures, or new business lines from scratch.
• Strong interest in education and professional training, preferably with experience designing learning programs.
• Practical fluency in AI tools and how businesses adopt them.
• Commercial instincts with comfort owning marketing, sales, and pricing decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, early‑stage environment.
• Based in Latin America (Bogotá preferred) or Morocco.
• Professional fluency in English; Spanish (LatAm) or French/Arabic (Morocco) strongly preferred.
• Experience in edtech, corporate training, or professional services is a plus.
