AI-Enabled .NET Chief Architect (OTE $100k/year)

About the role

Sparkrock is seeking a senior .NET technical leader who combines deep architectural expertise with AI‑assisted development tools. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering secure, high‑value SaaS solutions for nonprofit, education, and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate technical designs to ensure alignment with product standards.
• Research and recommend new technologies and platforms.
• Define coding standards, lead code reviews, and create prototypes.
• Develop complex solutions using AI‑assisted coding tools.
• Manage the product release process and document architecture.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to solve intricate problems and execute ITDs.
• Mentor developers and act as the platform technical expert across teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of .NET development experience.
• 5+ years full‑stack development on enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven experience using AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Hands‑on experience with unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications.
• Strong track record interacting with senior management and establishing product‑driven standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
