AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our fast‑growing tech team in Casablanca. You will help design, build, and deploy data‑driven AI services that power our automotive benchmarking and analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack AI solutions, including backend services, APIs, and observability components.
• Maintain and optimise infrastructure and data‑access layers such as MongoDB, Redis, and Celery.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to define and implement core AI services.
• Deploy, test, monitor and scale AI systems on Azure cloud.
• Improve system observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Participate in continuous architecture and code‑quality improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience delivering production‑grade software.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Python (including Langchain, agentic frameworks, FastAPI).
• Vector and graph databases.
• MongoDB, Redis, Celery.
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerised deployment.
• Azure cloud services (including Azure OpenAI).
• Observability tools: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
