About the role

We are seeking bilingual English‑Arabic speakers to join an AI Model Evaluation project. The role focuses on reading comprehension tasks and rating AI‑generated responses against defined guidelines.

Key responsibilities

Review and assess AI‑generated answers for accuracy and relevance.
Rate responses according to established evaluation criteria.
Provide detailed feedback to improve model performance.

Required profile

Strong reading comprehension and analytical abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely.
Experience in customer service, contact centers, retail, or chat/email/phone support is a plus.

Required skills

Prior experience in AI/LLM evaluation, data annotation, or response rating is preferred.
