Application Agent – Student Admissions

About the role

The Application Agent at Great Wall Education guides prospective students and their families through the entire application and enrollment process. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures applicants understand program options, admission requirements, and timelines while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist applicants in completing forms, verify documents, and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Maintain and update applicant records in databases and coordinate with academic and administrative teams to resolve issues.
• Provide clear, professional information about programs and contribute to continuous improvement of application procedures.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse applicants.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple applications.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills for document review and issue resolution.
• Proficiency with office software and data‑entry systems; ability to learn student information or CRM systems.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English is an advantage.
• Relevant education in administration, education, business or related field; prior admissions or student‑services experience preferred.
