About the role
Midnour Call is looking for motivated individuals to join its call centre in Marrakech as appointment setters. The position offers a fixed monthly salary complemented by performance‑based bonuses.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments for sales or service teams.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled meetings in the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets while ensuring high quality interactions.
Required profile
- Excellent command of the French language.
- Serious, punctual and perseverant attitude.
- Willingness to work full‑time on a fixed schedule (09:00‑19:00).

- Permanent contract (CDI) with social security contributions (CNSS).
- Fixed net salary plus bonuses, with total earnings up to 9,400 MAD per month.
- Standard working hours from 09:00 to 19:00.
