Arabic Teacher

About the role

Inspired Education is seeking a qualified Arabic Teacher to join Khalil Gibran School in Rabat. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality Arabic language instruction aligned with the Moroccan national curriculum, fostering students’ reading, writing, speaking and cultural appreciation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Arabic lessons covering language skills, literature and cultural content.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse proficiency levels and learning needs.
• Design, administer and grade assessments, providing constructive feedback and preparing students for national examinations.
• Maintain a structured, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Identify learners requiring additional support and implement targeted interventions.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, performance and other administrative duties.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events and collaborative planning with colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong command of Arabic language and literature, including Modern Standard Arabic.
• Effective communication and classroom management abilities.
• Organizational, planning and motivational skills.
• Adaptability to different learning levels and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Literature or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., CRMEF certification in Morocco).
• Previous teaching experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with the Moroccan curriculum and exam requirements.
