Area Sales Manager Consumer Foods & Chocolate

About the role

Bühler Group in Casablanca is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Consumer Foods & Chocolate to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long‑term growth.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence through proactive sales activities and customer acquisition.
• Deliver technical and commercial solutions that address customer needs and promote Bühler's equipment and process expertise.
• Manage tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations for strategic and high‑value projects.
• Support sales performance and customer success through market intelligence, issue resolution, upgrade opportunities, and accurate CRM management.

Required profile

• Engineering, technical, or business degree, or equivalent demonstrated technical experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital equipment or large project sales; food or packaging industry experience highly desired.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value projects, including tendering and contract negotiation.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial production equipment.
• Fluent in French and English.
