About the role
We are looking for an Assistant to support the Plant Manager and department heads at our LEONI facility. The role involves handling administrative and organisational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and department managers.
- Handle ad‑hoc requests and coordinate follow‑up actions.
- Organise travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
- Manage email correspondence and draft written communications.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments and organise meetings.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in a similar administrative role.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
