Assistant Director of Finance

About the role

The Assistant Director of Finance will support the Finance Director in overseeing all financial operations of the Four Seasons hotel in Casablanca. This senior position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management to ensure financial integrity and optimal performance across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate finance activities within a luxury hotel/resort environment.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and transparency in all financial reporting.
• Build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams, negotiate resources, and influence stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver clear written and verbal reports, presentations, and facilitate meetings.
• Promote a continuous learning environment and professional development for the finance team.
• Apply ethical decision‑making to influence outcomes and serve as a role model for business conduct.
• Drive performance improvement for both the finance function and individual team members.
• Work safely, prudently and in an organized manner.
