About the role

The company, a specialist in debt recovery, is expanding its team in Casablanca. The Assistant will act as the central point of contact between field agents and partner credit institutions, ensuring smooth processing of collection dossiers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and acknowledge requests from field agents, verifying their conformity with the list of contentious dossiers.
• Communicate with credit organisations by sending emails, tracking eligibility, and confirming the accuracy of judgments received.
• Transmit judgments to the relevant agents and declare the progress of vehicle recovery operations to the credit organisations.
• Maintain regular contact with field agents throughout the process to reduce waiting times and improve communication flow.
• Prepare final recovery reports and assemble complete dossiers for closure.

Required profile

• Female candidates with a Bac+2/3 degree in Administration, Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• One year of experience in collections, insurance or back‑office is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent written communication for professional emails.
