Associate Manager, Distribution & Warehousing

About the role

The Associate Manager, Distribution & Warehousing will lead import‑export, warehouse and distribution activities for Nestlé in Morocco, acting as the primary Supply Chain contact for the country. You will ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations while managing third‑party logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own inbound and outbound warehouse issues, resolving order and delivery exceptions such as cut‑off breaches and month‑end rush orders.
• Drive operational excellence in inventory accuracy, on‑time picking, dispatch, stock reconciliation and order‑to‑cash performance.
• Monitor and manage 3PL performance against service‑level agreements, including picking accuracy, product freshness, loading and proof of delivery.
• Lead safety initiatives across warehouse operations and ensure compliance with Nestlé Good Warehouse Practices.
• Approve and reconcile invoices, control operational spend and support cost‑efficiency projects.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of operational experience in logistics, import‑export or supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of Good Warehouse Practices and supplier management.
• Ability to analyse financial data to manage and optimise supply chain costs.
