B737NG / MAX Captains & First Officers – Immediate Hire

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is seeking experienced B737NG and B737 MAX Captains and First Officers to join its crew in Morocco. The position offers immediate recruitment for pilots ready to operate a wide network covering Europe, North America, South America, Africa and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Operate B737NG or B737 MAX aircraft safely and efficiently on scheduled routes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, company and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with cabin crew and ground operations to maintain high service standards.
• Manage flight planning, fuel calculations and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on B737NG/MAX for Captains or 300 hours for First Officers.
• Recent flight experience on the type within the past 12 months (preferred).
• Valid B737NG/MAX type rating.
• Current Class 1 medical certificate.
