Backend Developer (ASP.NET Core & AWS)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to join a fast‑growing deep‑tech company that builds a drone‑based inspection platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing server‑side logic and APIs that power 3D modeling, video processing, and AI‑driven defect detection.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend logic and databases for web applications.
• Design and integrate scalable APIs for data ingestion and processing.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines using AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3).
• Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and product decisions.
• Collaborate with frontend, cloud, robotics, and AI engineers to ensure system integration, scalability, and reliability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and C#/.NET.
• Proficiency in Python for backend or data‑oriented tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code.
• Fluent English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
