About the role

We are looking for a skilled Barber to join our team at SIDI SLIMANE in St‑Denis, Belgium. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering high‑quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services in a welcoming barbershop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and provide personalized recommendations.
• Perform haircuts, shaves, and styling services safely and hygienically.
• Recommend appropriate hair‑care products and maintenance routines.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly sanitize tools.
• Manage appointment flow, support walk‑in clients, and ensure a smooth daily schedule.
• Contribute to a friendly, professional atmosphere for both clients and team members.

Required profile

• Proficiency in barbering and hair cutting with consistent, precise results.
• Strong hair‑styling and hair‑care knowledge, including product advice.
• Background in cosmetology or related training, with awareness of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Relevant barber or cosmetology certification/license complying with local regulations.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work peak times and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills for a diverse client base.
